What we collect and why

This website uses no cookies, no analytics trackers, no external fonts and no embedded maps. The only personal data we receive is what you send us through a form: reservation or catering request (name, email, phone, number of guests, date, time, message, how you heard about us) and job application (name, contact details, CV). We use it only to answer your request, and for a reservation also to keep our bookings. The legal basis is your consent and the steps needed to respond to your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).

How long we keep it

Requests are deleted after 12 months. Job applications are kept for as long as the position is open, but no longer than 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

Who sees it

Only the Bistro Corso team and the people who maintain this website for us. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us or call +385 95 735 5452. You also have the right to complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
